How do I place an order for my HangyourHardware?

It’s easy. Simply go to the “Shop” tab and add each item to your cart. Once you have selected all your items you can view all your selections in your cart by choosing the “View my cart” tab.  After you have checked to make sure your cart is correct, select “Proceed to checkout” button below. This will take you to the next screen where you can fill in your personal information, get shipping & handling costs and total order costs. Be sure to view and check the “terms and conditions” box.  To complete your order, select “Proceed to checkout” button and you will be directed to the payment screen. You can pay using paypal or any major credit card.

When will I receive my order once it’s placed?

We know you are excited to get your order, but shipping times do vary.  Typical order processing time is 1-2 weeks, plus shipping time is 2-4 days.

What if I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

Once you place an order through the website, orders cannot be cancelled. All sales are final.

Are there any refunds or exchanges?

There are no exchanges or refunds.

What if I have a shipping address outside of the USA, can I still place an order?
